Accessibility
Our approach to accessible legal-notice information and website content.
Our commitment
Class Action Notifications seeks to make public website content and electronic legal-notice resources usable by people with diverse abilities, technologies, and access needs.
Accessibility practices
The website framework uses semantic headings, keyboard-accessible navigation, visible focus states, a skip link, responsive layouts, descriptive link text, and sufficient structural separation between navigation and content.
Alternative formats
Case-specific notices may be available in alternative formats when required by the controlling order, approved notice plan, applicable law, or administrator instructions. Requests concerning a specific matter should be directed to the contact identified in the notice.
Reporting a problem
When reporting an accessibility issue, identify the page, document, or feature involved and describe the barrier encountered. Do not include sensitive case or personal information unless using an authorized secure channel.
