Class Action Notifications is a division of List Media, Inc. List Media began providing email-based class action and legal notice delivery services in 2009. Class Action Notifications expanded its legal notice capabilities to include SMS delivery beginning in 2017.
Our work is grounded in List Media's experience with email infrastructure, deliverability, data processing, domain authentication, recipient verification, and large-scale electronic communications.

Our mission is to help authorized legal-notice professionals deliver electronic communications that are timely, reliable, measurable, and accessible so recipients can understand and exercise their legal rights.

Who we serve

Our role is generally limited to the services authorized by the client, court order, notice plan, or governing legal process. Class Action Notifications does not independently determine a recipient's legal status, eligibility, or entitlement unless expressly engaged and authorized to perform that function.
