Email notice delivery
Class Action Notifications supports authenticated, high-volume email delivery for court-authorized and legally required notices. Services may include creative preparation, responsive HTML, list processing, verification, deployment scheduling, bounce processing, and reporting.
SMS notice delivery
SMS may supplement or form part of an approved notice program where authorized. Services may include message review, carrier compliance support, segmentation analysis, deployment scheduling, delivery reporting, and opt-out handling.
Data verification and hygiene
Recipient records may be standardized, deduplicated, verified, or processed through hygiene services according to the approved scope of work. These processes can help reduce invalid records and improve the efficiency of a notice program, but they do not guarantee delivery.
Infrastructure and authentication
Support may include domain registration or configuration, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNS, dedicated IPs, and controlled warming plans appropriate to the expected volume and timing.
Reporting and documentation
Available reporting may include deployment totals, delivery and nondelivery results, bounce classifications, carrier or mailbox responses, link activity where available, opt-out activity, and other records needed for operational review or legal documentation.
